Learn from the Nourished Kitchen – an eCourse on Traditional Cooking!


Want to learn how to cook traditional food from the ground up? Introducing a new eCourse designed to guide you through the basics and fundamentals of traditional food preparation and how to select real food. This course is based on the components of traditional food preparation methods, as found in cookbooks like Sally Fallon-Morell’s Nourishing Traditions.

In this eCourse, Jenny from Nourished Kitchen shares her passion and experience with real food and how to prepare it. As a wife, mother, and manager of a nourishing foods web site, she in a continual process of sharing her knowledge of cooking and food with the world on her incredible web site. She also manages the local farmer’s market in her city. Jenny really cares about nutrition and food, and it shows!

Jenny will show you through interactive media useful techniques and recipes to teach the fundamentals of preparing food and cooking, and to inspire creativity and interest in your kitchen. It’s a fantastic way to get the whole family involved in learning about food, as you can take the course from the comfort of your home, and involve all your family members. What a great way to get children started in understanding and appreciating real food!

The course offers information about how to make meals with the principles of affordability, flavor, and nourishment in mind. Jenny uses a simple, hands-on approach that will change the way you prepare foods for your family. Each lesson you will learn a variety of topics such as how to shop farmer’s markets and local farms to get the most for your money, buy in season, address how to feed those with food intolerances or allergies and sensitivities, and about the significance of knowing which foods are the best for your health and nutritional benefit and why.

Lessons are organized through down-loadable documents for print, online video tutorials, charts and other materials designed to organize the information in an easy-to-follow, comprehensive format. In no time, you’ll be preparing whole, local foods from scratch, and on your budget.
